This gift certificate is a perfect gift for those wanting to enjoy the winter and stay fit! This is a private cross country ski lesson and tour for two participants. Lesson and Tours run from 10:30 am - 3:00 pm between December to the end of January at Lake Louise in Banff National Park . Learn the basics falling down and getting back up, balance on skis, diagonal stride, herringbone, snowplow, and enjoy the trails! Cross Country ski rentals are not included, but are available in Canmore, Banff and Lake Louise for $30/day. All participants need to complete a waiver upon meeting.

Please arrive with waxless cross country skis, boots and poles for the day. We will be out over lunch so come preapared with a day pack filled with lunch, hot water or tea, warm layers, waterproof ski pants and jacket, over jacket, mittens and toque. Guests who are sensitive to the cold may like to include disposable hand and toe warmers. Guests are required to complete a medical form and waiver upon meeting.
